Coaching with me starts with a conversation and never stops being one. Here's how it unfolds, from the first call to the season after your goal race.
Twenty minutes with me. Your goal, your history, your weekly mileage, what's worked and what hasn't. An honest read on whether 1-on-1 is the right call for you, and sometimes it isn't.

Before the first workout, I build the full picture: your training history, a gait clip, your VDOT, heart-rate zones set properly, and how your body is actually recovering. The plan starts from where you are, not where a template assumes you are.

This is the engine of the whole thing: constant communication. A question at 11pm before a workout, a brutal week at work, a niggle in your calf, a race you saw online and now want to run. I answer personally, and the plan moves with you.

A full strategy session before every goal race. We walk pacing, fueling timed to mile markers, and a mile-by-mile plan for how the day should feel and unfold.

Base, sharpen, race, recover, build back stronger. Season-long periodization that compounds, so your fastest years are the ones still ahead of you.
The part most plans skip is the week after your goal race. We take real recovery first, then decide together what the next cycle is actually for: a longer base if your aerobic engine is the limiter, a speed block if your top end is, or a deliberate off-season if the last build took more out of you than it gave back. Choosing that on purpose, instead of drifting into whatever race is next on the calendar, is what makes the following cycle start from a higher floor.

Free, and no payment until we both say yes. The roster is capped at 20 athletes.
