Twenty minutes with Johnny. Your goal, your history, your weekly mileage, what's worked and what hasn't. An honest read on whether 1-on-1 is the right call for you, and sometimes it isn't.

2The assessment

Your starting line, measured.

Before the first workout, Johnny builds the full picture so the plan starts from where you actually are, not where a template assumes you are.

  • Training history and the honest version of your week
  • VDOT and heart-rate zones, calibrated to you
  • A gait and form review from a short phone clip
  • HRV and recovery patterns, read for what they mean

3The weekly build

A plan written by hand, rewritten every Sunday.

This is the engine of the whole thing: constant communication. A question at 11pm before a workout, a brutal week at work, a niggle in your calf, Johnny answers personally and the plan moves with you.

A full strategy session before every goal race. We walk pacing, fueling timed to mile markers, and a mile-by-mile plan for how the day should feel and unfold.
