Step 01 — Set Your Foundation
Tell us your goals, history, and schedule.
The first thing RunFitCoach does is build a complete picture of who you are as a runner right now. Not just your goal race — your injury history, how many days a week you can realistically train, whether you have access to a gym, and what your current weekly mileage looks like.
This onboarding data feeds directly into your plan structure. A runner training five days a week for a Boston Qualifier gets a fundamentally different plan than someone training three days a week for their first half marathon — and both plans are generated fresh, not pulled from a template library.
